First visit impression. Exceptional. So back again for consistency. Early dinner with family. The dining room is clean and spacious. Women's restroom sparkled. Service friendly and attentive. Great selection. Large portions. Steaks and grilled chicken were cooked perfectly. very tender. Would recommend and have. Appetizers, sides and desserts also delicious. Try the stuffed mushrooms and carrots cake.
Fabulous redevelopment of an old armory into a restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. Veterans get 10% one entre. I recommend the brisket grilled cheese paired with a Rhinegeist Cheetah. Five handicapped parking spaces. Amazing!
Passing thru for work and found Armory Smokehouse! It wasn't busy(Monday 1pm) so we were leary to go inside but I'm so glad we did!!! The building is an old armory so it's very cool!! We had the stuffed mushrooms to get started! So yummy! We both ordered brisket but chose different sides. The brisket was a little tougher than I'd like but the flavor was great! All sides were delicious!! The smoked Mac n cheese was awesome!!! We also had baked beans, asparagus and sweet pot waffle fries. All yummy! Def worth the time to stop in and have a great meal!!
My husband and I was driving through coming from mini vacation and I looked up places near me to eat. This place came up and had pretty decent views so we decided to take a chance and came here and I'm so glad we did.. the food was good. I had the ribs and chopped barbecue and my husband has a fish.. also love the decor of the restaurant filled with military uniforms and pictures. Because my husband was in the Air Force, we really enjoyed the tribute to the military.. the waitress was also very kind informative about the menu and gave great advice about different things to choose on the menu. She was also very efficient so next time we're driving through this area we will definitely come back..
Our large family was traveling and I googled local restaurants. The armory was listed, we chose to come to the armory do to their large menu. The food was phenomenal, we started off with their platter of 3 choices. Then Club house salads. They have great fall off the bone bbq ribs, and the kids loved their cheeseburgers (their were a lot of cheese of choice) and fries. Our waiter was really nice and on top of delivering our food and getting our refills. Thank you for a nice dinner and quiet place to eat and quick service. See you again!
Brisket was phenomenal, but the sweet potato fries were less than desirable. Atmosphere was great and the staff was awesome. The military heritage and memories that are displayed well organized. Next time you are there you should definitely read a couple citations.
Yes, please everything was excellent... A new York strip under 30 what! 12 oz with two sides. And I got a giant piece of carrot cake to bring home. Because no one had room for dessert.... Plus the delicious rolls with cinnamon butter.... And the excellent service! We had a group of 7 and yes excellent service!!
